Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service.

After completion of the Transaction, the User may cancel the Transaction only if such cancellation has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation shall be governed strictly by the terms mentioned on the Platform.

We reserve full discretion in approving or rejecting any cancellation requests and may request additional information before approving such requests.

Once the product and/or service has been delivered, a request for replacement, return, or refund shall be accepted only if the product and/or service does not match the description provided on the Platform.

Any request for a refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction or within such number of days as prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.

The refund request must clearly specify the reason for the refund, including the exact terms that have been violated, and must be accompanied by supporting evidence where required.

The approval of any refund request shall be determined solely by us, and we reserve the right to request additional details before approving or rejecting the request.
