Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated personal and payment information necessary to complete Transactions.
Prohibited Actions
- Unauthorized data extraction or scraping
- Fraudulent or misleading activities
- Security circumvention or hacking attempts
- Uploading malicious software or spam
- Harassment, impersonation, or abuse
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the refund process as per the applicable refund policy. We disclaim all other liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Guidelines for Reviews
- Reviews must be honest and based on real experience
- No offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
- No false, misleading, or illegal content
- No manipulation or organized review campaigns
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
